## 1. Upload and validate common files — Complete
- User request: “kisi hi type ki file, image,word,excel etc koi bhi file upload kara” (upload any type of file such as image, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Approved scope: “Drag-and-drop aur file picker ke zariye files upload karna”; “Images, Word, Excel aur doosre common supported formats ki compatibility aur file validation”; “Multiple files upload karke unhein alag alag PDFs mein convert karne ki sahulat.”
- Delivered drag/drop and file-picker selection, multi-file queue, file details, validation, supported-format guidance and error recovery. Inputs include PNG/JPG/JPEG/WEBP/GIF/BMP/SVG; DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, PPT/PPTX, ODT/ODS/ODP and RTF; plus CSV, PDF, TXT, MD, JSON, XML and HTML. Maximums remain 25 MB per file and 15 files per batch.

## 2. Convert and deliver PDFs — Complete
- User request: “vo us ko PDF ma change kar da” (convert it to PDF).
- Approved scope: “Uploaded file ko PDF mein convert karne ka seedha aur reliable workflow”; “Conversion ke dauran animated progress, processing status aur clear error messages”; “Conversion mukammal hone par generated PDF ka preview, file details aur download option.”
- Delivered one PDF per supported source, animated per-file progress and errors, output details, in-app preview, individual downloads and batch ZIP download.
- Approved scope: “Privacy-focused workflow jahan temporary uploaded aur converted files processing ke baad remove kar di jayen.” Office source/output files are created only in an isolated temporary directory and deleted after successful response, error or timeout. Office processing is temporary server-side; images, existing PDFs and plain text formats remain browser-side; no durable file storage is used.

## 3. Professional responsive animated product UI — Complete
- Earlier user request: “name rako, ‘AM PDF convertor’, advance and profectional, UI advance ho, animated ho.”
- Earlier approved scope: “Advanced, professional aur animated responsive UI jo desktop aur mobile dono par kaam kare.”
- Delivered the “AM PDF Convertor” brand, custom folded-page mark, responsive desktop/mobile workspace, animated drag/drop, file status/progress UI, page-size/orientation controls and reduced-motion support. Privacy copy explains temporary server processing for Office layouts.

## 4. Preserve uploaded Office-file design during PDF conversion — Complete
- User request: “ya to uploaded file ka design bhi change kar data ha PDF ma convert karta time, is ko fix karo ka ya uploaded ka same as design ko convert kar da nothing change” (the uploaded file’s design changes during PDF conversion; fix it so the PDF keeps the same design with no changes).
- Routed DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, PPT/PPTX, ODT/ODS/ODP and RTF through headless LibreOffice PDF export instead of extracting text and laying it out again. Export preserves source page setup, spreadsheet print styling and presentation artwork as far as the renderer allows.
- Added bounded raw uploads, an Office-extension allow-list, 25 MB server limit, two-conversion concurrency cap, isolated LibreOffice profile, 75-second timeout, `no-store` responses and cleanup in every success/error/timeout path. Production Dockerfile installs LibreOffice Writer/Calc/Impress and metric-compatible fonts.
- Styled DOCX/XLSX smoke samples returned HTTP 200 with colored titles/headers, tables and landscape A4 page sizing retained; text and page metadata were verified and temporary conversion directories returned to zero. Unsupported extension returned HTTP 415 without creating a temp directory. `pnpm check`, production build, health endpoint and route manifest pass.
- UI notes that LibreOffice may still vary slightly when the source depends on unavailable fonts or proprietary features; Office documents retain their own page layout rather than using local page-size controls.

## 5. Enhance the interface, add animation, and credit Abdullah Mahmood — Complete
- User request: “is ka UI ko enhance karo, animation add karo, or mara name bhi add karo, ‘Abdullah Mahmood’.”
- Criteria: “Refine the existing converter UI with a more polished, professional visual treatment; add purposeful animation and interaction feedback; display the exact owner name ‘Abdullah Mahmood’ as a visible product creator credit.”
- Follow-up user request: “is ma mara portfolio ka link do, ‘abdullahweb.com, or animation add karo”. Make the visible “abdullahweb.com” portfolio address a working external link on the creator attribution, open it safely in a new tab, and add purposeful animation/interaction details.
- Keep the existing AM PDF Convertor identity, responsive desktop/mobile file-conversion workflows, original-layout Office conversion, privacy disclosures, and reduced-motion support intact.
- Delivered secure, visible `https://abdullahweb.com` links in the workspace creator credit and footer (`target="_blank"`, `rel="noopener noreferrer"`). Added link-hover feedback, export-format badge movement, animated dropzone feedback when files are dragged over it, and creator-mark motion; new effects are disabled for reduced-motion users. Desktop and 390 px mobile Preview captures show the portfolio link clearly. TypeScript checks, production build, existing route/health checks, and `git diff --check` pass.
